Kelly Charest is a Registered Mental Health Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Based in Jacksonville, she works with children, teens, and young adults facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and goal-setting.
Kelly uses evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy to help clients build coping skills and rediscover their inner strength. She believes that self-awareness and acceptance drive genuine change and is committed to fostering transformative connections in the therapy process.
