  • APPOINTMENTS

    Our Clients are seen by appointment only. Same day appointments are available. We are offer both in person and virtual appointments at 2 locations. For your covenience late evening appointments are also available. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment at (904)-990-8105.

  • How Often Should I be Seen?

    We recommend that clients are seen on a weekly basis to receive the maximum benefit from treatment. Less frequent sessions are recommended once we’ve made progress towards your goals or reached the maintenance phase on your wellness journey.

  • SELF-PAY

    We are a specialized trauma practice and believe that your mental health is priority and requires the best possible care. Our rates are highly competitive for specialized treatment. If we are out of network, we will assist in providing Superbills for submission to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We also have community resources limited sliding scale appointments available.

  • Forms of payment

    Cash, VISA, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, FSA and HSA accounts are accepted. Payments will be expected and processed at the beginning of each session.

  • Cancellations

If cancellation of your appointment becomes necessary, please give notice by telephone with-in at least 24 business hours. If you do not provide notice by telephone of your appointment cancellation with-in 24 business hours, you will be charged the full fee for cancellations under 24 hours for no shows.
