About Me
I am the founder and CEO of Mara’s Lighthouse Counseling Center in Jacksonville, FL, with 15 years of experience specializing in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, and Child Welfare. I am a Qualified Expert in Child Welfare, a Certified Child Welfare Case Manager, and an EMDR Therapist, with expertise in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Infant Mental Health Therapy.
