Tonya Andrews is a Registered Social Worker Intern with over 20 years of experience. She holds an Associate’s in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Sciences, and a Master of Social Work from Capella University.
Tonya uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and Solution-Focused techniques. She specializes in anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, life transitions, stress, domestic violence, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, and school concerns.
Tonya’s goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients are empowered to heal, grow, and achieve their goals through a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
