Virtual Counseling:
Busy and on the go? For your convenience, we provide sessions virtually and via telephone. Please view the "Virtual Sessions" tab under the drop down menu.
Individual Counseling:
One-on-one conversations are offered to in person to specifically address the presenting needs of an individual in a safe and supportive environment.
Couples Counseling:
An opportunity for partners to reconnect and realign with themselves and each other to resolve conflict and improve their relationship.
Groups & Family Counseling:
This an effective intervention for groups or families to talk, interact and resolve personal issues with an objective and supportive therapist.
EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing):
This is a specialized mental health technique where eye movements are used to assist you in reprocessing trauma in a healthier way. This can be particularly helpful for desensitization and healing from distressing life experiences.
CBT Therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. By exploring the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, CBT empowers clients to challenge unhelpful thinking, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate a more positive mindset.
DBT Therapy (Dialectical Behavior Therapy):
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized form of cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and enhance emotional regulation. Developed originally for individuals with borderline personality disorder, DBT has proven effective in treating a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, and trauma-related conditions.
Infant Mental Health Treatment:
This approach provides education and insight about the development of a young child (ages 0-5) in an effort to prevent and treat mental illness.
Child-Parent Psychotherapy:
A therapeutic approach designed to support the emotional well-being of young children (ages 0-5) and their caregivers. It focuses on improving the relationship between the child and parent, by addressing the child's emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
Circle of Security Parenting Therapy:
A supportive therapy to help parents understand and strengthen their relationship with their child. While focusing on building a secure attachment, parents are taught to recognize their child's needs for comfort and support (the "circle"). Parents will learn how to provide a safe base for exploration and be there when their child needs reassurance, creating a sense of security that helps the child feel confident and loved.
