With certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid and as a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, she’s passionate about empowering families and children affected by substance misuse, domestic violence, and trauma. Sabrina’s approach focuses on helping clients discover their strengths and build healthier, more fulfilling lives through a holistic, strength-based model. She creates a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and supported through their journey of growth and healing.
