About Wanda Williams

Wanda Williams is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida A&M University. She began her journey in mental health as an educator with Duval County Public Schools, later gaining clinical experience at Mara’s Lighthouse Counseling Center. Wanda has over 20 years of experience mentoring children and teens, specializing in anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and family conflict. She uses strength-based cognitive behavioral therapy and psychoeducation to empower clients, helping them resolve conflicts, promote behavioral change, and build healthy relationships.
